I’m Mark!
Executive Advisor · Leadership Partner · CxO Strategist
Helping leaders navigate complexity with clarity, empathy and an unexpected perspective.
Executive Advisory & Judgement
I work with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders as a trusted thinking partner, offering perspective, clarity, and grounded judgement when it matters.
My advisory style is shaped by a concierge philosophy. It is anticipatory, personal, and quietly attentive to the nuances leaders face behind the scenes.
CxO Advisory, Board Insight & Transformation
I support organisations navigating change, scale, and strategic realignment through advisory and fractional CxO engagement.
This work spans governance, operating models, culture, and the human side of transformation, particularly in moments where clarity and judgement matter most.
Risk, Resilience & Security Perspective
With over two decades of experience across complex environments, I bring a board-level perspective on risk, resilience, and organisational security.
This work is delivered through Saphisle, a Segelov advisory practice.
Communities & Thought Leadership
I create spaces where leaders challenge ideas and think together, including The Ratcliffe Circle, Security in the City, and Unexpected Perspectives.
I also write Segelovian Perspectives and have chaired panel discussions, including at GITEX Global.

Behind the Brand
Leadership is a human journey. Clarity comes from empathy, curiosity, and the courage to see beyond the obvious.
My work is rooted in the belief that there is no glass, only perspectives we have not yet stepped into. I help leaders pause, think more deeply, and move forward with intention.
